Cool Tube is a type of piping designed to lower the temperature of the nutrient solution in hydroponic systems. It is available in four different sizes: 4mm, 13mm, 19mm, and 25mm, and uses a dual-core design to achieve its cooling effect. The outer layer of the pipe is white, which reflects light and reduces heat levels within the pipe, while the inner layer is black and protects against UV rays. By keeping the nutrient solution cooler, Icetube allows for more oxygen to exist in the water, which promotes a healthier root system and ultimately leads to higher yields. Additionally, by keeping the nutrient solution at a lower temperature, the chances of pathogenic bacteria and fungi developing are reduced.

Irrigation fittings are an essential component of hydroponic systems, as they connect various parts of the system and allow for the flow of nutrient solution. Fittings may include connectors, elbows, tees, valves, and tubing, among others. The type of fitting used may depend on the specific needs of the system, such as the size and configuration of the grow space, the type of plants being grown, and the desired flow rate and pressure of the nutrient solution. Factors such as durability, compatibility with different materials, and ease of installation should be considered when selecting irrigation fittings for a hydroponic system. Proper installation and maintenance of irrigation fittings is important to prevent leaks or blockages in the system and ensure optimal plant health.
